Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to PIO leadership regarding the execution and performance of financial management activities.
  • Monitor financial expenditures, forecast execution outcomes, and carry out related financial management tasks as assigned.
  • Facilitate the allocation of funds, oversee funds execution, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Administer work breakdown structures, project cost forecasts, track financial performance, and prepare necessary inputs for future statements of work.
  • Ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables, and conduct comprehensive program management reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) activities supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community programs.
  • Significant experience within military financial operations and relevant certifications.
  • Prior experience with SAF/FM, including the development of cost profiles for projects and adherence to federal regulations.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI security clearance.
