We are looking for a highly skilled Spray Foam Installer to join our team at Quokka Comfort LLC in Casper, WY.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality spray polyurethane foam insulation installations in attics and crawlspaces. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Spray Polyurethane Foam installation is required, preferably in both new construction and retrofit applications.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures safe and efficient completion of jobsites.
  • Diagnoses and resolves spray foam issues.
  • Provides coaching and training to junior team members.

Other responsibilities include maintaining a professional image, thoroughly cleaning jobsites upon completion, and communicating any issues to the Operations Manager.
