Insulation Technician

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Insulation Technician - Spray Foam Expert to join our team at Quokka Comfort LLC in Casper, WY. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will be responsible for installing high-quality spray foam insulation in attics and crawlspaces, identifying and correcting spray foam issues, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to adhere to strict safety protocols, maintain equipment, and communicate effectively with the operations manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spray Foam Installation: Install spray polyurethane foam insulation according to specifications, complete quality checks, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and correct spray foam issues, clean and maintain equipment, and communicate effectively with the operations manager.
• Training and Development: Provide technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in spray polyurethane foam insulation installation.
• CPI certification within 90 days of employment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
