Job Title: Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential and live independently.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist Assistant will work closely with our Occupational Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our residents. This includes evaluating residents' functional abilities, developing strategies to improve their daily living skills, and providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their daily living skills.
  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans and providing support to residents.
  • Monitor residents' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies to improve outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities preferred.
