Evening Hotel Custodian

Sunday River is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Housekeeping Team as Evening Hotel Custodians. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and are committed to delivering high-quality results.

• Assist with all aspects of the housekeeping department, including cleaning and restocking of guest rooms, lobbies, and other areas of the hotel.
• Use provided task checklists and communication tools to ensure efficient and meticulous cleaning.
• Work effectively with fellow team members and managers to achieve common goals.
• Fulfill schedule commitments and be prepared for work, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Be proactive in helping during high occupancy times and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Provide welcoming and accurate services to guests, including delivery of amenities and in-room cleaning.
• Commit to becoming a skilled housekeeping team member, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Must have above-average attention to detail and a strong commitment to tasks completed.
• Ability to keep a positive outlook, problem-solve, and adapt to challenges in the working environment.
• Clear, courteous, and timely communication skills are required.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple housekeeping roles is favored, but not required.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial work is favored, but not required.

• Wages range from $16-$18/hour, with service fees based on quality and quantity of rooms cleaned, plus gratuities.
