Salary Range
The salary range for this position is between $77,200 and $115,800 per year, with a possible bonus. The exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.

Job Description
This Electrical Engineer/Principal Electrical Engineer role involves working on various aspects of aircraft subsystem development, including electrical design, analysis, requirements, lab testing, data post-processing, and issue troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing electrical wiring designs, supporting design requirements for power generation and distribution systems, and conducting system-level evaluations to ensure airworthiness criteria are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop electrical wiring designs, selecting conductors and electro-mechanical components in accordance with SAE AS 50881.
  • Support design requirements for electrical power generation, conversion, and distribution systems.
  • Conduct system-level evaluations to verify requirements and ensure airworthiness criteria are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and relevant experience or a master's degree in a relevant STEM discipline and no experience. A government secret clearance is also required.
