Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Plant Engineer or Maintenance Planner/Scheduler experience.
  • One year of management and operational experience in a Distribution Center setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
  • Ability to travel independently (up to 20%).
