Key Responsibilities- Identify and address problems in a timely manner to provide a trouble-free environment for associates.
- Select the most effective and efficient suppliers for critical inventory levels.
- Plan, budget, and execute capital improvement projects to meet ongoing operational needs.
- Establish facility sanitation goals and maintain documentation to meet regulatory standards.
- Partner with Engineering Counsel and management to establish and refine preventative maintenance programs.
- Establish work measurement techniques and analyze effectiveness.
- Perform engineering analysis to determine root cause for critical failures.
- Analyze equipment history to identify specific failures and address them effectively.
- Administer PM/PPM programs and inventory for all equipment.
- Supervise and coach direct reports in their duties, complete performance reviews, and provide feedback.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Plant Engineer or Maintenance Planner/Scheduler experience.
- One year of management and operational experience in a Distribution Center setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Ability to travel independently (up to 20%).
