Job Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Safran Aero Boosters, you will play a pivotal role in supporting finance operations, including month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and audit processes. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance concepts, GAAP, and international business practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to calculate estimates at completion (EAC) and estimate revenue for long-term projects.
  • Support the annual financial planning process and enhancement initiatives, preparing financial and internal budgets and forecasts in collaboration with managers across the company.
  • Conduct financial, business, or budget analysis and reporting as directed, researching and selecting financial data from multiple sources to produce business information for decision-making.
  • Manage month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliation of G/L, financial preparation, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for review with the Director of Finance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience required.
