Job Title: Home Infusion Nurse for Raleigh/Durham, NC

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Infusion Nurse for Raleigh/Durham, NC. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for infusing specialty drugs in the comfort of patients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Infuse specialty drugs in patients' homes
  • Provide patient education and teaching on self-administration of medications
  • Coordinate and manage schedules autonomously
  • Communicate with intake teams regarding supplies and scheduling
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse licensed in NC
  • Recent experience starting peripheral IVs and accessing implanted ports
  • 2+ years of experience in an intensive care unit or emergency department, or 2+ years of experience in home infusion of specialty drugs
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Self-directed, motivated, and autonomous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
