Leadership Opportunity in Integrated Care

Join FCS - Psychiatric Recruitment in our vibrant, provider-led practice as a supervising psychiatrist in Raleigh-Durham. As a member of our tightly integrated team of primary care and mental health providers, you will deliver care to patients in long-term care settings, providing much-needed service to a vulnerable population in an integrated and comprehensive model that psychiatrists strive to achieve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and teaching opportunities as you lead a team of mid-level providers and collaborate with psychotherapists in implementing best practices.
  • Deliver care to patients based on their needs and your clinical judgment, free from the constraints of outpatient practice.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in Psychiatry with all NC practicing privileges.
  • Geriatric experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
