Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with Guests ordering alcoholic beverages, providing a personalized experience.

  • Upsell Guests on food or drink items where appropriate.

  • Provide exceptional service, following all relevant brand standards.
Qualification Requirements
  • Dress neatly and well-groomed in company-approved uniform at all times.
  • Operate the P.O.S. system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions.
  • Respond calmly to angry Guests and notify a Manager.
  • Pass bar validation.
  • Respond clearly to Guests' requests.
  • Hear well in loud background noise.
  • Frequently lift 30 lb. cases and carry short distances, up or down stairs.
