TGIF Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at TGIF Capitol Dr. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our corner bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Check the ID of all guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Engage with guests by making drinks in front of them using working flair.
  • Know the menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
