Strongsville Swim School, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

• Conduct regular surveillance of the pool area to identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to prevent accidents.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with patrons, providing instructions and guidance on pool rules and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Ability to work with children and provide a positive and supportive environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid).

• Willingness to obtain and maintain current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire.
