Swim Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School in Strongsville. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children of all ages and skill levels how to swim, while also promoting a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of each student
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:

• Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High energy and enthusiasm for teaching and working with children
• Ability to lift and move pool equipment as needed
