Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine project-specific goals, schedules, and budgets
  • Assist the design team during the design phase and identify design inefficiencies
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation
  • Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria
  • Develop and maintain project budget, schedules, and cost control
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Complete subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
  • Submit and review change orders

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in project management in a commercial/industrial construction environment
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software
