About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN to join our dynamic Float Pool team. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units, including Short Stay, Orthopedic Trauma, Brain & Spine, and Inpatient Rehab. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and have a Bachelor's degree in nursing. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Work Schedule

As a Float Pool Nurse, you will work a variety of shifts, including 7a-7:30p, 7p-7:30a, and every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation. You will have the opportunity to work 3 12-hour shifts per week and enjoy a $3 shift differential for hours worked between 7p and 7a, $2 on weekends, and $5 on weekend nights.
