About the RoleAs a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the unique opportunity to work in various units, including Short Stay, Orthopedic Trauma, Brain & Spine, and Inpatient Rehab. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to care for patients with a wide range of needs and conditions.

To be considered for this role, you must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and have a Bachelor's degree in nursing. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, but not required.
Work ScheduleThe Float Pool Nurse will work a variety of shifts, including 7a-7:30p, 7p-7:30a, and every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation. You will have the opportunity to work a mix of day and night shifts, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and support.
