We are proud of our rich history, having been established 50 years ago by the legendary Chef Shigeru Fukuyoshi, often referred to as the grandfather of Japanese Cuisine. Throughout the years, we have consistently delivered high-quality dining experiences, earning us a stellar reputation and a loyal customer base.

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced chef to take on the role of Executive Chef, overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine, with experience in leading and managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes meet our exceptionally high standards, while also driving innovation and creativity in our culinary offerings.
