Sagami, a three-time James Beard Semifinalist, is seeking an experienced SUSHI LINE COOK to join our team.
We are committed to serving the highest-quality traditional Japanese cuisine using only the finest ingredients. As an esteemed restaurant established 50 years ago by renowned Chef Shigeru Fukuyoshi, we have played a significant role in shaping the Japanese food culture.
Candidates must possess a willingness to learn and grow, be available for varying shifts, demonstrate passion for the restaurant-hospitality industry, and exhibit exceptional teamwork and work ethics. Previous experience working in Japanese and Asian kitchens and holding a serve safe certificate are highly preferred.
