Job Summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Custom Applicator/CDL Driver to join our team in Rockford, WA. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for applying fertilizer and crop protection products to customers' fields, while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers to understand their chemical and fertilizer needs.
  • Operate a sprayer/airflow machine to apply products safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist the sales staff in ensuring orders are correct and patron needs are met.
  • Perform warehouse work, including driving a loader, forklift, and mechanics.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in agriculture production, operations, and/or application.
  • Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to work additional hours, be available for overnight stays, and occasional weekends to meet business demands.
