Job Title: CDL A Driver Home Every Other Weekend

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A driver to join our team at American Driver. As a CDL A driver, you will have the opportunity to run 12 days and be home every other weekend for 2 full days, or run three weeks and come home for 6 days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run 12 days and be home every other weekend for 2 full days, or run three weeks and come home for 6 days.
  • Drive 100% no-touch, 80% drop-and-hook.
  • Enjoy competitive pay up to $0.65 per mile, depending on experience.
  • Drive 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week.
  • Average weekly pay of $1,500-$1,800.
  • Operate newer model Freightliners and KW T680 trucks, equipped with inverters and XM radio.
  • Take advantage of pre-pass to bypass weight stations.
  • Bring a rider, 10 years or older.
  • Run primarily on Interstate 35 and east.
  • No cameras in trucks.
  • Enjoy great medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Requirements:
  • 3 months of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last 3 years.
  • Clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
  • No SAP drivers; no failed DOT drug or alcohol tests.
  • No major moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • No termination from previous jobs.
  • No DOT recordable accidents in the last 4 years.
  • No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years.
  • No DUI in PMV (never in CMV) in the last 7 years and only one in a lifetime.
