  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to shape exceptional user experiences.
  • Produce high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Provide mentorship to peers and junior engineers, sharing expertise in specialized areas.
  • Contribute to strategic architectural decisions and assist in designing scalable and effective systems.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale projects with complex architectures and scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in contemporary technologies.
  • Strong foundation in computer science principles and familiarity with web technologies (HTML/JS/CSS) and REST APIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, prioritizing user experience and understanding user needs before engineering solutions.
  • Ability to make informed trade-offs between immediate needs and long-term investments.
  • A commitment to self-improvement and awareness of personal strengths.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing creative tools.
  • Experience in building and optimizing single-page web applications.

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors, including experience and expertise.
