As a key player in our recruiting team, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates, managing recruiting initiatives, and building relationships that drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and plan recruiting efforts to identify top candidates in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure space.
  • Conduct advanced Boolean searches across resume databases to find suitable talent.
  • Manage job postings, qualify applicants, and oversee the entire candidate pipeline.
  • Utilize resume databases and employ invite-to-apply strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to develop effective posting strategies and referral networks.
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Partner with associations and educational institutions to establish robust talent pipelines.
  • Organize active field employees and prospective candidates based on geography and skillset to maximize field staff utilization.
  • Spearhead the development of referral networks to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
  • Assist the Recruiting team in setting up templates and strategies for communication tools.
  • Keep recruitment tools up to date with relevant talent pool information.
  • Import candidate data from external sources into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication campaigns for recruiting ramp-ups in collaboration with the Recruiting Department.
  • Stay informed on trends and developments in the Low Voltage/Telecom industry (new products, projects, industry-specific news).
  • Engage in ongoing personal training to maintain expertise in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure vertical.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Telecom, Low Voltage, or Network Infrastructure technical/installation roles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage data effectively.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by a passion for helping others succeed.
