Position Overview:
The Agile Process Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing business efficiency through agile methodologies. This position is essential for integrating the organization’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while fostering an agile culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Transformation: Spearhead initiatives that promote agile practices across the organization, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to cultivate an agile mindset.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to establish clear goals and operational frameworks, facilitating a shared vision for agile teams.
  • Team Development: Identify and nurture talent within teams, ensuring the right configuration and recruitment to meet defined objectives.
  • Methodology Implementation: Lead the adoption of agile processes and tools, creating a robust framework that enhances project delivery success.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and guidance to Scrum Masters and team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performance Assessment: Utilize metrics to evaluate project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimizing value delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field with extensive experience in both agile and traditional project management environments.
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong background in agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $124,100 and $179,700, with additional variable pay potential of 15%.
