Job Summary

Four Hands is seeking a skilled Shipping Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload containers and trucks
Handle finished materials and move them to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse
Meet productivity requirements as needed
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team

Requirements

1+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
Forklift operator experience/certification a plus
Proficiency in metric reporting using Microsoft Excel, preferred
Maintain an exceptionally clean and safe work environment
Proficient in identifying items across various documentation, such as customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings
Skilled in creative problem-solving techniques
Willingness to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities
Effectively manage ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
Ability to stand/lift for up to 8 hours
