This is a key role in our manufacturing plant, responsible for supporting the Core and Coil Assembly team in various work center areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Core and Coil Assembly associates with daily tasks and provide support as needed.
- Learn and operate various tools and equipment used in the department.
- Write work orders for tooling and equipment repairs.
- Perform quality control checks and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Follow all safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
This role is based in our manufacturing plant, where you will work in a shop-floor environment with a team of professionals.
