Job Requirements:

As a skilled Hardware Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for taking steel poles, threading and tapping one or both ends, welding handles, and bending poles at the proper position and angle. Additionally, you will cut 4-core, 16-gauge cable wire to length, strip and crimp wires to a connector or contact block, and run the cable through the pole.

Key skills required for this role include good measurement skills, the ability to use hand and power tools, and basic MIG welding experience.
