About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist II to join our team at Lake Huron Medical Center. As a member of our award-winning team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our commitment to quality, compassion, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic, CT scan, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, or special procedures according to department protocols.
  • Function as the first line interface with customers and ensure their imaging needs are met.
  • Participate in PI/QC activities and assist in maintaining our Performance Improvement Program.
  • Oversee radiology area and/or staff in the manager's/director's absence.
  • Maintain department supplies and promote teamwork and good customer service.
  • Process and transmit images to PACS.
Requirements
  • Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
  • Appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.
  • Current BCLS (AHA).
  • Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
  • One year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred.
  • Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES.
  • Proficient computer skills.
