Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute fundraising events, including budgeting, vendor management, and logistics
  • Research and cultivate donors, prospects, and activities to achieve fund-raising goals
  • Create engaging marketing materials, such as flyers, social media posts, and presentations
  • Evaluate event success and submit reports to management
  • Travel within the Phoenix metro area to network and visit donors
Requirements:
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License
  • Three to Five years' experience in event planning, fundraising, and/or marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe
  • Excellent people and vendor management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Research of donors
Work Environment:

This is a contract position with a remote/telecommute schedule, working Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
