Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psych Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care and support to patients with psychiatric and mental health conditions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs
  • Develop personalized care plans and treatment goals in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications and closely monitor patients' response to treatment
  • Provide counseling and psychoeducation to patients and their families
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare specialists
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:
  • Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Proven experience in psychiatric nursing
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to patient care
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience. Benefits:
