About the Role

This position involves working with clients at bedtime and during morning routines, conducting health and safety checks, and providing supervision and crisis management. You will also be responsible for documenting client behavior and participation in programming, adhering to scheduled activities, and modeling positive behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and wellness of clients
  • Assisting with the execution of individual treatment plans
  • Providing a supportive and solution-focused environment
  • Site management, including housekeeping, nutrition, transportation, and finances
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 21 years of age, and have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Previous experience working with children is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.60 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. You may also be eligible for shift differentials and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, and education assistance.
