Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through order-taking and provide exceptional customer service
  • Lead a team of order-takers and work collaboratively to achieve sales and customer experience goals
  • Work with management to build sales and improve customer experience
  • Maintain retail inventory and assist with merchandising of in-store displays
  • Clean stations and bathrooms, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a passion for food
  • A basic understanding of the Clover brand and aesthetics
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
