Job Title: Respiratory Equipment Specialist

At Binson's Home Health Care Centers, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Equipment Specialist to join our team. As an industry-leading health care organization, our mission is to provide our communities with "Better Products, Better Services, Better Lives."

Responsibilities:
  • Greet respiratory patients and direct them to the sign-in board.
  • Teach patients the importance of compliance and use of CPAP devices.
  • Complete proper patient documentation in initiation of respiratory therapy procedures.
  • Answer in-store phone calls for respiratory or sales floor.
  • Coordinate all aspects of services, including physician's orders.
  • Coordinate with the patient and caregiver(s) for therapy and/or equipment instruction.
  • Perform sales and rentals using the POS system.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and computer data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Cheerful working attitude.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
