Your responsibilities will include:
Circle is in search of a distinguished Senior Accountant to join our consolidation team, focusing on the development of close packages, monitoring and reporting intercompany transactions, and managing the chart of accounts.
Your tasks will involve:
Producing the monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for stakeholders across the organization in a timely manner.
Tracking and reporting all intercompany transactions and foreign exchange impacts for financial reporting, board, and capital management purposes.
Ensuring that consolidation and elimination entries are accurately reflected.
Identifying and implementing process improvements for the closing procedures.
Supporting the design, management, and maintenance of the global chart of accounts and legal entity structures within the ERP system.
Assisting with special projects as needed, including ERP and finance system implementations.

What you will bring to Circle:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
Experience with a Big 4 or large regional firm is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Familiarity with the digital assets or FinTech sector is advantageous.
You are organized, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and creative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Capability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
High integrity and the ability to manage confidential information.
Experience with finance system implementations or integrations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is beneficial.
Additional Information:
This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Circle is committed to creating an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider various factors when determining compensation ranges and total compensation packages.
Base Pay Range:
$102,500 - $137,500
Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%

We provide 10 days of paid sick leave and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
