As a commercial Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing daily on-site project management, negotiating trade and vendor pricing, and determining site resources to meet project budgets. You will also plan construction operations, schedule work, and communicate with clients and trade contractors.

• Provide daily project management and oversight on-site
• Negotiate trade and vendor pricing to achieve profitable agreements
• Determine site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project budgets
• Plan construction operations and schedule work to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients and trade contractors to ensure project success

• 4+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent
• Ground-up experience required
• Experience in commercial, higher education, industrial, light industrial, healthcare, wastewater, or municipal construction preferred
• OSHA certification required
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Salaries up to $130,000
