Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in training initiatives
  • Manage, schedule, and coordinate all service requests
  • Ensure the precision of all service tickets
  • Facilitate communication between technicians, hospices, and families
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Confirm requests with family members or caregivers
  • Report areas of concern to management
  • Efficiently organize personal schedule
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Ability to self-manage effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of time

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma, relevant work experience, and/or training are required. A professional certificate or licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
