Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring alarms and equipment to ensure prompt response to emergencies">
  • Performing clerical tasks and minor repairs as needed">
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and staff">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Rolm console experience or similar switchboard/telephone experience">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">
