Job Overview

BMSS, LLC is seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to lead our Assurance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting external and internal financial statement audits for our clients. This role will also involve mentoring and coaching junior staff members on the engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits for various clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members on the engagement team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in audit and assurance, preferably with exposure to multiple industries
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution; MBA or MAcc preferred
