Audit Supervisor

BMSS, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting external and internal financial statement audits for our clients, as well as leading junior level staff on the engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial statement audits for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead junior level staff on the engagement team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and assurance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and assurance, preferably with exposure to a variety of industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Professional certification in accounting or a related field (e.g. CPA, CMA)
