Vacancy Overview
Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Co-Op. As a key member of our team, you will assist in administering project safety programs, providing technical assistance, and participating in quality control initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment through effective project safety programs
  • Provide technical support on projects, including interpreting contract drawings and submittals
  • Collaborate with assistant superintendents, project superintendents, and project managers on daily and weekly tasks
  • Develop a strong understanding of project schedules and critical paths
  • Participate in quality control initiatives, including attending meetings, performing inspections, and verifying materials
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Strong preference given for students studying Civil Engineering or a Construction-related field
  • Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Time management skills, with the ability to handle various responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines
