Help Desk Technician Job Description: The City of Brighton Colorado is seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical assistance to city staff via phone, email, in-person and IT service management systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PC hardware, applications, and other technical environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to city staff via phone, email, in-person and IT service management systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PC hardware, applications, and other technical environments
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of technical environments and software applications


Estimated Salary Range: $58,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
