Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Execute daily tasks of stocking, rotating, and arranging products at client locations efficiently and accurately. This role operates with minimal to direct oversight to ensure that work aligns with customer needs and overall company objectives. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment by adhering to company safety and cleanliness protocols. Conduct regular visits to customer sites to merchandise and uphold product standards through stocking, rotating, and display building. Organize and rotate merchandise on the sales floor, in coolers, bins, or shelves based on identifying characteristics such as style, size, and type, ensuring optimal product placement. Inspect stock to confirm adherence to quality standards and take pride in the quality of products being distributed. Complete essential job functions in a timely, efficient, and safe manner, particularly during non-peak hours as requested by clients. Accurately record the quantity of products received, distributed, or set aside due to damage or expiration. Engage in on-the-job training related to company procedures and merchandising responsibilities. Maintain a clean working area during shifts by disposing of waste and empty packaging before leaving customer accounts. Display promotional materials, including point-of-sale signage, in accordance with company and store guidelines. Construct product displays as directed by supervisors or sales representatives.

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation to customer locations. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Preferred experience in the beverage industry or grocery retail. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. This position involves frequent lifting/moving/pushing/pulling of weights ranging from 27 to 55 pounds, with occasional lifting/moving/pushing/pulling of up to 170 pounds. While performing job duties, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, lift from floor to waist and overhead, use hands and fingers to handle objects, reach with arms, and communicate verbally. Occasional requirements include sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
