Job Overview

Shift Details: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Procurement Team with daily operational tasks.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) issued by Buyers, ensuring accurate pricing and lead times, conducting necessary follow-ups, and maintaining documentation.
  • Monitor open POs for Raw Materials and Packaging Components.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team on invoice processing – Perform three-way matching of invoices (PO to Actual Receipt, to invoices).
  • Follow up on outstanding orders as required.
  • Provide copies of purchase orders and weekly inbound shipment details & Certificates of Analysis (C.O.A.) to receiving staff.
  • Oversee the non-conformance log and disposal records for raw materials and packaging. Facilitate the return of rejected ingredients and materials to Suppliers (RMA's).
  • Engage in daily production meetings and weekly co-packing customer discussions.
  • Supervise daily readings of tank farm operations and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new suppliers.
  • Help track minimum and maximum inventory levels for ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Update and maintain Item Master data within the system.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks and provide support as necessary.
