Key Responsibilities:
- Address maintenance and repair requests from staff, conducting thorough inspections and diagnosing issues both indoors and outdoors.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of a Facilities Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
- Manage and prioritize tasks in alignment with safety protocols and operational timelines.
- Procure necessary supplies or components, ensuring proper authorization is obtained.
- Support cleaning teams in maintaining the cleanliness of facilities and grounds as required.
- Perform offsite maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Execute other related duties as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
- Possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
- Certified operator of forklifts and bucket lifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated technical and mechanical proficiency.
- Capable of applying basic mathematics in practical situations.

- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Physical capabilities: ability to hear, see, lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds, as well as perform various physical tasks including bending, squatting, and climbing.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Practical knowledge of general maintenance and repair work, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and pest management; 0-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
