Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Urology Physician to become part of a well-established private practice. This role involves treating both adult male and female patients, with an emphasis on general urology. While robotic surgery experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The practice is busy, performing a significant number of surgeries each month, and serves a large senior demographic.
Practice Details:
- Telephone call schedule is 1:3
- Occasional after-hours consultations may be required
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary range of $350K-$400K
- Base salary plus 50% of collections (subject to matching base and office expenses)
- Comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage
- Payment for hospital dues, state medical license, and DEA registration
- Health and dental insurance benefits
- Paid time off including vacation and sick days
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) support
- Administrative and business operations managed by the medical group
- Opportunity for partnership after two years
