Job Location:

West Point, PA

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for DeltaV controllers, I/O, and system maintenance
  • Oversee software change control processes for the DeltaV system
  • Experience with PLCs, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley, and the ability to perform loop checks
  • Troubleshoot communication between PLC and DeltaV
  • Perform patching for antivirus and ensure system security
  • Setup remote access and workstations for efficient system management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address networking requirements and ensure system connectivity
  • Maintain and update system documentation and procedures
  • Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems
  • Participate in project execution and project coordination
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant automation life science manufacturing experience
  • Proven experience as a DeltaV automation engineer or similar role
  • Prior experience with pharmaceutical cGMP regulations and practices
  • Strong system administration skills
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with DeltaV hardware and software
  • Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Solid understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Availability for occasional overtime and off-hour support as required
