Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess mental health conditions, develop, and execute treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission of addressing community needs.
  • Employ innovative techniques in therapy to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their objectives.
  • Prepare and submit individual session documentation following company protocols.
  • For full-time clinicians, maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits weekly.
  • Coordinate care with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff as necessary.
  • Participate in all clinical meetings and training sessions.
  • Other important responsibilities that contribute to your role.
  • Ability to work with children is essential for this position.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution, with progress towards licensure.
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.) is required.
  • Experience in developing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Timely completion and submission of documentation.
  • Experience working with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
  • Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
