ROLE SUMMARY :

The Senior IT Manager for Marketing and Inside Sales Capabilities is tasked with formulating and executing a comprehensive IT strategy for the Renewal by Andersen Division, focusing on marketing and inside sales functions. This role involves collaboration with leaders across the Renewal by Andersen Division, including Marketing, Inside Sales, and Retail Transformation, to ensure a cohesive IT strategy and planning process. Additionally, this position maintains a strong link to the broader digital initiatives of Andersen and Renewal by Andersen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Articulate, communicate, and spearhead the IT strategy for marketing and inside sales capabilities within the Renewal by Andersen Division.
  • Cultivate and lead a high-performing team that supports solutions across marketing and inside sales, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and associated applications.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and product owners to develop strategic IT roadmaps.
  • Oversee the governance of IT priorities and roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally with capability and engineering managers to ensure that delivered solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Assist teams by eliminating obstacles to success and serve as a point of escalation.
  • Promote agile methodologies and mindsets across business partners and leadership.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, status updates, and budgeting processes.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, proposals, and discussions with leadership, collaborating effectively with IT Leadership and Finance to secure funding.
  • Actively participate in Communities of Practice forums, both internally and externally, to enhance organizational maturity and drive innovation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years in digital transformation and business relationship management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce product or program management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to create, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • A customer-centric approach.
