Position: Event Sales Manager
Role Overview:
- Embrace ambitious goals and pursue success
- Proficient in sales methodologies and closing transactions across various sectors
- Accountable for both incoming and outgoing sales efforts to achieve or surpass objectives
- Involved in lead generation, client proposals, event booking management, and financial oversight
- Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Director of Sales
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement the quarterly event sales strategy
- Develop new business opportunities and nurture repeat clientele
- Promote event packages, comprehend offerings, and utilize marketing resources
- Maintain a guest-centric focus, adhere to standard operating procedures, uphold service excellence, and ensure seamless event execution
- Leverage CRM systems for performance tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume sales experience within the hospitality sector
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, maintain composure under pressure, and demonstrate attention to detail
- Highly organized, self-driven, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset
