Position: Event Sales Manager

Role Overview:

  • Embrace ambitious goals and pursue success
  • Proficient in sales methodologies and closing transactions across various sectors
  • Accountable for both incoming and outgoing sales efforts to achieve or surpass objectives
  • Involved in lead generation, client proposals, event booking management, and financial oversight
  • Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Director of Sales

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement the quarterly event sales strategy
  • Develop new business opportunities and nurture repeat clientele
  • Promote event packages, comprehend offerings, and utilize marketing resources
  • Maintain a guest-centric focus, adhere to standard operating procedures, uphold service excellence, and ensure seamless event execution
  • Leverage CRM systems for performance tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume sales experience within the hospitality sector
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, maintain composure under pressure, and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Highly organized, self-driven, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset
