Position Overview

The Parking Services Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the secure parking of guest vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires collaboration with fellow team members and supervisors to uphold high standards of quality and safety.

Primary Duties
  • Oversee the valet operation from initiation to completion
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles for guests
  • Adhere to vehicle safety and security protocols
  • Process payments and manage revenue reconciliation
  • Welcome guests and assist with their luggage
  • Conduct vehicle inspections for any damages
  • Efficiently retrieve vehicles upon guest request
  • Provide directions and support to guests as necessary
  • Manage traffic flow and coordinate towing services when required
  • Report any incidents to management promptly
  • Maintain professional communication at all times
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Acceptable driving history
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in valet services is advantageous
